Commercial premises – Commercial pest prevention or control covers a wide range of premises and different levels of service specific to each type of business. What is adequate for a small retail unit is vastly different from what can be used and the precautions that need to be taken in a pharmaceutical or high risk food manufacturing operation. With this in mind, before any work is undertaken, a risk assessment is carried out combined with a plan of action needed to solve the pest problem.

Pest solution offers free surveys and quotations together with a planned programme of works to all types of commercial premises, from a standard pest prevention service agreement to inspections and audits in order to comply with pest control specifications such as EFSIS – European Food Safety Inspection Service, BRC – British Retail Consortium, the Soil Association Organic standard and supermarkets’ individual specifications.

Domestic premises - Pest solution offers an extensive range of individual pest services and/or packaged programs for the control of all common household pests such as rodents (rats, mice & squirrels) and insects (cockroaches, ants, fleas, wasps, moths, flies & silverfish). These are usually on a job basis and can be quoted over the phone upon request.
Pests such as nuisance birds and certain species of insects, or if a service contract is needed, generally require a site visit and free survey by a qualified technician to provide a meaningful proposal.
